October 2008 - The Cateran Trail is a 103km long circular walking path that is soaked with blooded history (http://www.walkthecaterantrail.com/) and commands some fine views over Glenshee and Glenisla. Here, the Cateran Trail reaches Spittal of Glenshee, offering an elevated view of Gleann Beag.
In the background is Glenshee ski resort, hidden behind the hill. In the front is the Old Spittal Farm, still active today. The building on the left is part of Gullabin Lodge who offer outdoor activites.
