"Sun Setting Over Loch Kinnordy", Kirriemuir, Angus
March 2018 - Always teeming with a large variety of birds, Loch Kinnordy, which lies not far from Kirriemuir in Angus, is always noisy place when sun goes down. Yet, by removing the sound element, the whole place takes a different meaning, one of peace, and stillness, as if time has stopped, allowing us to contemplate the magnificence of the location, especially when lit by the last light. Then, the reeds and tall grasses appear set in fire, bathed by the warm light of the last rays and set against the contrasting deep blue sky.
